What we collect
When you request a score: the Google place you picked, public information about that business (its Google listing, website, reviews and map rankings), and a one-way hash of your IP address that we use only to limit how many scores one connection can request each day.
When you give us contact details: your email, and on the booking step your first name and mobile number. If you check the text-message box, we keep the exact consent wording you saw, the time, your IP address and your browser’s user agent as proof of consent.
How we use it
To produce and send your score and report, to send rescan alerts you asked for, and to contact you about a call you booked. We do not sell personal information.
Text messages
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, HELP for help.
Service providers
We use providers to run the service: hosting, email delivery, text messaging, data about public business listings, and an AI model that writes the report from the measured facts. They receive only what they need to do that work.
Google data
Business information from Google is shown with Google attribution and is not kept beyond what the score and its checks require, in line with Google’s terms.
Retention and deletion
Ask us to delete your contact details at any time and we will do so within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep a record (for example proof of text-message consent).
